Create Work Order Settlement History

This function allows you to generate the work order settlement history for strategy tasks flagged Auto generate Work Order History.

AMT prevents you from triggering the creation of work order settlement history if the software is busy creating work order settlements from the last time you triggered the process. This prevents duplicate settlements being created.
